I’m happy that I’ve been able to keep some muscle on my frame while not lifting as heavy as I used to.  My biggest fear in switching my program around was that I would end up looking like a broomstick with little spaghetti arms and legs.  I’m not as muscular as I once was but my new program is sustainable.  I love my workouts again, and that means I’m winning the biggest part of the fitness battle!

  1. Look at you all sexy and no where to go! My beautiful spider monkey I have missed you! Keep on keeping on lady and as always, I do so adore you!

    1. Ha…I’m such a ham. I swear, lighting is EVERYTHING. I liked that picture because I looked all muscle-y! Ha….

Working hard on my made up program and so far I’m happy with the results. The heavy lifting was not as fun anymore so I switched things around and now I’m looking forward to gym time!

Hope all is wonderful in your world! Happy Thursday!

  2. Do you count macros or on any specific eating plan?

    1. I don’t count macros. I’m just making low carb/medium-high protein choices particularly during the week. On the weekend, since I have a family, I tend to indulge more. For some reason my boys aren’t interested in the low carb thing! Ha, ha…

  3. Yes, you look very good, much more towards the fit and healthy end of the spectrum rather than those people who appear to be doing way too much of a good thing.

    1. Thank you! I like to keep a balanced approach and therefore I like to think I’m getting a balanced result. Hope you’re having a lovely week!

  4. Looking great!!!

    1. Thanks so much. I was very afraid that I’d lose all my muscle if I messed around with my program but I’m happy to see that I can keep a little. I hope your days are going well. It’s kinda crazy out there so I wish you safety on the job! Glad you stopped by!

  5. You look great glad everything is well.

    1. Hi there! So happy you dropped by. Thank you for that very nice compliment. I was so worried that if I changed my program around I might really lose all the muscle I’ve worked so hard for over the years. I’m happy to report that I’ve been able to keep a little! hope you’re doing well (in and out of the gym). Wishing you a great afternoon!

  6. Looking fabulous dr

    1. Thank you so much! I’ve been having great fun with my workouts lately. I’m glad I was able to change my program around with some success. Hope you’re enjoying your workouts. Wishing you a wonderful day!

  7. You look amazing! It looks like you added some beautiful muscle mass to your frame.

    1. Thank you! I’ve been working really hard but more than that I’ve been trying to work smart. I’m such a creature of habit that it’s hard for me to break out of an established way of doing things so playing with my program was kind of hair-raising. I wasn’t sure what to expect.

Also…I swear, lighting makes all the difference in how I look in pics. I think the light was just right that day because I don’t look like that in my mirror each day. Ha…I’m going to always pose out there at precisely 10:53am!

  8. Lynn you are still a sexy and gorgeous intelligent young lady regardless your size…beauty at it’s best and that smile OMG

    1. Hello there! Happy Thusday. My goodness, I can’t believe how fast this week is going. I guess because it’s summer and I love spending time with the boys. I miss them when they’re at school. Hope you’re enjoying these pretty summer days and that your workouts are going very well.

      1. Aww yes it’s easy for you to miss the kids…glad to hear that things are going well
