    2. You’re sweet! I’m a ham. Those rocks were quite warm from the sun and I discovered a little late they were also crawling with ants. I got down pretty fast!

    1. Hi Mess! I’m can climb like a mountain goat in my heels! Ha, ha….actually I had on regular shoes, climbed up there and then threw my shoes to my friend. She threw my heels to me and I slipped them on. That pile of rocks wasn’t the most comfortable thing…plus there were ants there. I discovered that after I was already up there!

    1. I have to admit it was uncomfortable…hot and dusty too. However one must suffer for one’s art, no? You should see the reject pile photos. VERY funny and awkward looking.

    1. Hello there! Happy Saturday. I’m about to change my workout around. I have a new rotation starting on Monday…a little bit of heavier, more concentrated lifting for three weeks. I’m going back and forth between a few different sets of exercises and it’s keeping me interested (and having fun). Hope your workouts are going well!

      1. Yes, they are going well…gaining more muscle mass than ever

    1. Hi Matt!! I sure hope you’re having a great weekend and that you’re enjoying all these hot summer days. I took my youngest son to an amusement park today (after driving back from the mountains) and it was WARM…very, very warm. I have to say I’m looking forward to fall. It’s my favorite season.
