I believe in the power of prayer.

As we celebrate the birth of Christ with festivities and merriment, with friends and family these next few days, please remember our brothers and sisters who are suffering so terribly in the Middle East.  It’s not too strong to say that Christians are being exterminated in the land they’ve lived in for more than two thousand years.

Most of us can’t do as much as we’d like to help but we can all do something.

If it touches your heart, please stop and say a prayer for those who can’t worship freely; for those in danger, the persecuted, the innocent who suffer so terribly.
